Wash Instructions:Â
All GusColors apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside out on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and like colors. Machine dry low/gentle. Don't dry-clean items. For custom painted garments wash by hand with warm water and air dry.Â
When will my order ship?Â
Once you place your order and payment is verified, please allow 2-3 business days to process your order after which it will be shipped via UPS. All GusColors merchandise and apparel are individually made. For this reason we require an additional processing time before shipping. For specialty items such as custom painted jackets and shoes please allow 12-15 business days for the artist to complete the piece, after which it will be shipped to you via UPS. If an item is on back-order or has a longer wait period, it will be stated in the item description.Â
When will I receive my order?Â
You can select between UPS Ground Shipping (3-5 business days) or UPS 2-Day (2 business days). Remember this transit time does not include the order processing time which can be anywhere between 2-3 business days depending on the item purchased.
What if I need to change or cancel something on my order?Â
If you need to cancel or change something please contact us within 24 hours after your order has been placed to info@guscolors.shop and we will be happy to assist.Â
Can I return or exchange an item?Â
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
